The Better Masterclass · Online
Every business starts with a founder's vision, but vision alone doesn't build a company that lasts. Whether you lead the business, operations, revenue, marketing or the numbers, each masterclass is built around one leadership seat.
Not sure where to start? The two-minute assessment shows what kind of business you are running, and points you to the right seat from there.
Choose your seat
Knowing your role and knowing how to lead it well are two different things. Each masterclass gives you practical frameworks, tools and strategies to strengthen your leadership and bring consistency to the part of the business you own.
Why enroll
01
Understand what success actually looks like in your seat, and lead your function against it.
02
Turn ideas into systems instead of relying on constant problem-solving and heroics.
03
Build real accountability across the people and priorities you lead.
04
Make more intentional decisions using practical frameworks you can apply immediately.
05
Build a function that performs without everything depending on you.
06
Strengthen the long-term value and potential of the business, not just this quarter.
Two ways to take a masterclass
Same framework, same applied activities. What changes is how much time you get with a coach and how much the group holds you to it.
01
Work through the lessons on your own schedule. Every lesson ends in an applied activity that produces a piece of your operating plan, and your coach can see your work. Available for all five seats.
$3,000 per masterclass. Marketer and Financial Steward open soon: join the waitlist for $500 off.
02
A year-long series of live sessions with a lead coach and a small group of peers in the same seat. Currently offered for the CEO seat, with the 2026 group under way and a priority list open for 2027.
Live 2027: the CEO course $10,000, the others $7,000. Live tuition includes 12 months of BOSS.
The framework
Purpose, People, Process, Profit and Potential, worked from your own chair. It is what lets a leadership team hold one conversation instead of five.
A clear vision and mission, and leadership aligned to it.
Building and leading teams, and the accountability that holds them.
Streamlined operations, systems, and continuous improvement.
Financial planning, cost management and revenue quality.
The capacity to scale, and value that outlasts you.
The CEO · Vision & Leadership
Step beyond the day-to-day and think deliberately about what you are building. Across fifteen lessons you work through business vision, value creation, hidden assets, team structure, critical KPIs, business planning, and the systems needed to create a company that thrives beyond its founder.
Best for: Entrepreneurs, founders, CEOs and business owners.
The COO · Systems & Operations
Built for the people who make the business run. Create clarity, accountability, repeatable processes and stronger operating systems, without becoming the person everything depends on.
Best for: COOs, operations leaders, integrators, practice managers and emerging operational leaders.
The CRO · Sales & Revenue
From rainmaker to revenue architect. Work through revenue leadership, goal clarity, seller accountability, pipeline management, sales process design, revenue quality, and the development of a revenue culture that compounds over time.
Best for: Revenue leaders, sales leaders, business development leaders and executives responsible for growth.
The CMO · Brand & Demand
Define your ideal client and growth vision, sharpen the brand experience, build stronger growth partnerships, develop demand and referral engines, strengthen your digital front door, and identify the marketing measures that actually matter.
Best for: Marketing leaders, growth leaders, business owners overseeing marketing, and professionals responsible for brand and client acquisition.
The CFO · Finance & Value
The financial discipline, governance and decision-making required to build an enduring business. Rather than reporting what happened, the financial steward helps leadership understand what the numbers mean, make better decisions, and protect long-term enterprise value.
Best for: Financial leaders, owners, executives, and leaders responsible for the financial health and governance of the business.
