B.O.S.S.
Better Operating System for Scale
The operating system that holds a firm together once the founder stops being the glue. Five seats measured, a playbook for each, one dated commitment at a time, a weekly meeting that keeps the work moving, and a plan built from the clients you actually have.
The walkthrough needs no sign-in. Starting a firm takes two minutes: name it, pick its structure, take your seat.
The firm's structure is the map
Every page hangs off a seat.
Home is a map of your own firm: the leaders in their seats, the four areas of the work, and the one next move for the seat you hold.
Three parts, and they only work together
What B.O.S.S. does.
A path for every seat
Each leader assesses their seat, gets the playbook their weakest ability needs, and commits to one dated move. Development stops depending on who asks for it.
A meeting rhythm that holds
A weekly operating meeting where last week's commitments come up on their own, decisions get made and new commitments get dates. Eleven meetings in all, each with its agenda.
A plan built from your own book
Bottom-up from the clients you have, with a capacity test that says when the plan needs more hours than the firm owns, and the ten numbers that tell you whether it is working.
If you run Ninety, keep it for your meetings; B.O.S.S. is the people side: seats, assessment, development, follow-through. If you don't run EOS, the B.O.S.S. weekly meeting replaces the status meeting.
The loop
Assess. Learn. Commit. Meet. Again.

- Learn what it asksThe playbook for that focus, written to your seat.
- Commit to one moveOne thing, with a date, that the firm will see.
- Meet weeklyThe commitment comes up in the operating meeting. Done, or why not, and what's next.
